Because all our products are stored and delivered frozen, the delivery is done by ourselves by freezer truck.

After you have placed an order you will receive an email with your order number. After your order arrives at us, you will be assigned to one of our routes.

After you are assigned to a route, you will receive An SMS 1 day before delivery from U.S. In this SMS we ask at what time of the day you are not at home. You can rest assured that we will do our utmost to arrive at a time of day that suits you. In some cases, however, this is not possible. In such cases, we can also deliver your order to a different location if this fits our route. In most cases this is not a problem.

After the received times are processed, you will receive a just before midnight TRACK & TRACE link by SMS. You can follow us during the delivery day via this link. We advise you to check the link regularly as the delivery time may shift due to traffic conditions.

Netherlands

Because the number of customers varies greatly per region, we have divided the Netherlands into 2 ZONES. ZONE 1 includes all addresses not covered by ZONE 2. You can find all zip codes that fall under ZONE 2 zip code under the heading ZONE 2

ZONE 1

Under normal circumstances, the delivery time for ZONE 1 is approximately within 2 weeks. The delivery time can also be a bit longer during busier periods. Because we drive the same routes approximately every 2 weeks, it is possible that you will receive your order within a few days.

ZONE 2

ZONE 2 includes all zip codes starting with 17, 77, 78, 79, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99. Because we currently have fewer customers in these postcode regions, the delivery time in this ZONE is approximately 1 month. The minimum order amount in ZONE 2 is €90.00

 

Belgium

Because we currently have few customers in Belgium, the delivery time is approximately 1 month. The minimum order amount in ZONE 2 is €75.00. The shipping costs are €5.00

Germany

Since we currently have few customers in Germany, the delivery time is approximately 1 month. The minimum order amount in Germany is €85.00. The shipping costs are €7.50
